You want to put your affairs in order...but what does that mean?
There are a number of advanced directives a person can make to direct their end of life care but also their care in dire situations at any stage in life. Advanced health directives can include any of the following:
                            • A Living Will
                            • Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare
                            • POLST (Physician Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment)
                            • DNR ( Do Not Resuscitate Orders)
                            • Organ and Tissue Donation  

We can help explain the different directives, what each does, help with filling out forms, and getting them where they need to go.

Along with health directives, 'putting your affairs in order' can mean a number of things. For example:
                           • ​Having all important legal documents in a secure place that is known 
                           • Making sure spouses or loved ones have access important accounts
                           • Discussing health directives with medical care providers and family 
                           • Having funeral, burial, or cremation plans considered and planned      
                           • Having a plan for social media, email, or other electronic accounts after
                              death
